Mckie successfully have surgery
September
25, 2001 -- Iverson returned home from surgery today.
Dr. James Andrews of Birmingham, Ala., performed the operations
at the Alabama Sports Medicine facility with Sixers team
physician Jack McPhilemy assisting. Iverson is slated
to miss four-to-six weeks, while McKie could be out six-to-eight
weeks. Mckie had to undergo surgery on his injured shoulder.
